本综述介绍了剪切波弹性成像在胆道闭锁术前诊断及预后评估的现状和进展,分别从剪切波弹性成像技术的原理及应用、在胆道闭锁术前诊断及预后评估中的研究等方面进行了介绍,并在此基础上展开讨论,提出了未来进行大样本量试验的必要性,以规范剪切波弹性成像在儿童中的检测方法,确定其在胆道闭锁术前鉴别诊断及术后随访评估预后的价值.“,”This paper reviews the current status of shear wave elastrography (SWE) for biliary atresia (BA ) .We described the techniques and mechanisms of SWE along with the sensitivity and specificity of SWE in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of BA .More clinical trials should be conducted for standardizing the method of SWE in children and determining its value in preoperative differential diagnosis and postoperative evaluation of BA .
