目的对金银花、洛神花、薰衣草、桃花、杭白菊、桂花、薄荷叶、柠檬片中的六六六、滴滴涕农药残留量测量法进行研究。方法样品用石油醚超声提取,硫酸净化;用DB-1毛细管柱程序升温技术分离,GC-17A气相色谱仪ECD检测器测定8个样品中的六六六、滴滴涕农药残留。结果 8种花茶中六六六、滴滴涕在0.025~0.25μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9990),检出限为0.08~0.21μg/L,添加回收率均在87.5%~99.1%。结论该方法符合农药残留检测标准。
OBJECTIVE To study the method for the determination of BHC and DDT residues in honeysuckle, roselle, lavender, peach, chrysanthemum, osmanthus, mint leaves and lemon slices. Methods The samples were extracted with petroleum ether and purified with sulfuric acid. The samples were separated by DB-1 capillary column temperature-programmed technique. The residues of BHC and DDT in 8 samples were determined by GC-17A gas chromatography ECD detector. Results The results showed that the linear relationship was good (r ≥ 0.9990) between 0.025 ~ 0.25 μg / mL and the detection limit was 0.08 ~ 0.21 μg / L. The recoveries of all the six kinds of flowers were between 87.5% and 99.1%. Conclusion The method meets the pesticide residue testing standards.
