采用摩擦接触有限元法对PDC切削齿的破岩受力进行数值仿真研究,根据数据分析得出,增加PDC切削齿的表面耐磨层和受载荷较大位置的耐磨层厚度,可延长PDC切削齿的使用寿命;减小负前角、增加切削深度能提高PDC切削齿的破岩效率和使用寿命。
Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that increasing the thickness of the wear layer on the surface of the PDC cutter and the wear-resistant layer at the location where the load is relatively large can extend the PDC Cutting tooth life; reduce the negative angle, increase the depth of cut PDC cutting teeth can improve rock breaking efficiency and service life.
