新时期以来,各地新疆少数民族高校教育工作都取得了长足的发展和巨大的进步,这与科学的、合理地、有效的落实内地高等学校支援新疆培养少数民族本专科生政策息息相关。但是新疆学生在内地高校具体的生活学习中,由于宗教信仰和历史文化背景比较特殊,再加上人员较少,形成一个较为特别的学生群体。很多内地高校在推进新疆少数民族学生教育管理工作的过程中,遇到各种各样不可回避的问题,本文除了透彻分析内地高校新疆少数民族学生教育管理工作外,还发现一个新问题提出一个新方向去思考,提出了如何加强内地学生正确认识和重视与新疆少数民族学生在日常的生活学习中和睦相处,突出强调要优化内地学生对新疆少数民族学生的认知,形成一个多角度、多方向、多层次的双向交流的研究模式,将会有益于新疆少数民族大学生的教育管理。
Since the beginning of the new period, the educational work of colleges and universities in all ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang has made great strides and tremendous progress. This is closely linked with the scientific, reasonable and effective implementation of the policies of supporting higher education institutions in Xinjiang to cultivate them.
