我所分析用的标准样品,以往都是用玛瑙钵手工研磨,一般金属矿3～5克的样品需研磨5～8分钟,有的样品(如8～10克的金属样品)则需研磨近三小时;粗的样品还不能直接研磨。由于选矿、冶金的样品品种多(每年要研磨数万个样品),粒度要求细而均匀,为了保证样品的研磨质量,磨样工人的劳动强度大,还难满足样品的数量和质量
