改革以来,厉以宁教授力主推行股份制,为此,他著书立说、演讲宣传,不遗余力,被理论界称为“厉股份”。然而,当中国大地掀起股份热时,厉教授却反复告诫人们不要一轰而起,要建立一个规范的股份制企业,至少经过两年的试验。他说:“股份制冷的时候我们要吹热风,热的时候要吹冷风。不然一轰而上就会一轰而乱” 厉教授说得极是,冷时宜吹热风,热时应吹冷风,这才符合辩证法,才能防止片面性,避免走弯路。否则,冷时一味地制冷,热则一味加热,使冷热无度,过了头,事情就难免要出乱子。不仅对股份制应该如此,对改革开放中的许多事物、许多问题,都应取这
