慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者治疗前后与正常人骨髓中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶(NAP)用MPV—TAS显微分光图象分析仪进行含量测定。同时也做了25例积分半定量分析。结果表明,图像分析仪做的含量测定和积分半定量分析一致,CAA治疗前NAP明显高于正常人,经统计学处理,t=3.8185,P<0.01,差异有高度显著性;基本治愈、缓解后,有些患者低于正常人,有些患者仍高于正常人,统计学处理,t=2.1013,P>0.05,差异无显著性;治疗前后自身比较,统计学处理,t=3.2772,P<0.01,差异有高度显著性。这对探讨CAA发病机理,帮助临床诊断及判断预后具有一定意义。
The content of alkaline phosphatase (NAP) in bone marrow neutrophils before and after treatment in patients with chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) was determined by MPV-TAS spectrophotometer. At the same time also made 25 cases of integral semi-quantitative analysis. The results showed that the content of the image analyzer was consistent with the semi-quantitative analysis. The NAP of CAA before treatment was significantly higher than that of normal people.
