目的:观察rhG-CSF非小细胞肺癌患者化疗引起的白细胞减少症的疗效。方法:将60例GP方案化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别以rhG-CSF及地榆升白片为升白药物,计算用药天数。结果:治疗组白细胞恢复正常的时间少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:rhG-CSF治疗化疗引起的白细胞减少效果确切。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of chemotherapy-induced leucopenia in rhG-CSF non-small cell lung cancer patients. Methods: Sixty patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with GP regimen were divided into treatment group and control group. Results: The treatment group leukocyte recovery time is less than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: rhG-CSF treatment of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia effect is exact.
