《酒店服务英语》是高职院校专业的主干必修课之一。传统的教学方法很难提高学生的语言实践能力,满足学生的职业技能的要求。为了解决这一问题而提出项目教学法,实践证明此方法不但能够提高学生的语言实践能力,满足学生的职业技术要求,而且还能提高学生学习的主动性和积极主动性。该文将主要从该法在《酒店服务英语》中的应用体会谈一谈。
“Hotel Service English” is one of the key compulsory courses for professional colleges. The traditional teaching method is difficult to improve students ’language practice ability to meet the requirements of students’ vocational skills. In order to solve this problem, the project teaching method is put forward. Practice shows that this method can not only improve students ’language practice ability and meet the vocational and technical requirements of students, but also improve the students’ initiative and initiative.
