记得有位教育家曾说过“教学永远是遗憾的艺术”。仔细想一想,此话确有道理。任何一堂课,当你课后反思的时候,总会觉得有一些不足和遗憾。十几年的中学教学生涯,让笔者深感目前课堂教学的低效。令人可喜的是,新一轮课程改革正在不断走向深入,而且引起了课堂教学的变革,但无论教学思想如何更新,教学内容如何变化,教学方式如何改进,其最终目的都必须指向教学的有效性,教师只有不断反思自己的教学行为,这样才能使自己的教学更加有效。那么怎样提高教学的有效性,使课堂教学做到更加有效呢?作为一名中学音乐老师,笔者想从自已学科的角度来谈一下对这个问题的浅显认识。
I remember one educator once said “teaching is always regrettable art ”. Think carefully, this remark makes sense. Any lesson, when you reflect after class, there will always be some problems and regrets. Ten years of high school teaching career, so I feel the current inefficient classroom teaching. What is gratifying is that the new round of curriculum reform is continuing to deepen and it has aroused the transformation of classroom teaching. However, no matter how the teaching thoughts are updated, how the teaching contents are changed and how the teaching methods are improved, the ultimate goal must be pointed out to be effective in teaching Sex, teachers only continue to reflect on their own teaching behavior, so as to make their own teaching more effective. So how to improve the effectiveness of teaching so that classroom teaching can be more effective? As a middle school music teacher, I want to talk about the subject from the perspective of their own subjects on the shallow understanding of this issue.
