In the fall of 2008, a serious financial crisis led to millions of Americans losing their jobs and trillions of dollars in wealth. Inadequate financial supervision is the main reason for the crisis. To ensure that the crisis no longer occurs, President Obama signed the most far-reaching Wall Street reform in history, the “Dodd-Frank Act.” The introduction of the new rules will create a safer and more stable financial system that will lay the foundation for sustained economic growth and massive job creation. The goal is to ensure that everyone follows the same rules so that major companies compete on price and quality, not tricks and tricks, and each needs responsibility and commitment. Most importantly, how to develop the market for financial regulation and derivatives deserves our study and reflection under the current pressure of China’s economic environment.
