“我在马路边/捡到一分钱/把它交到警察叔叔手里边/叔叔拿着钱/对我把头点/我高兴的说了声:叔叔,再见!”20世纪60年代初期,全国人民学雷锋蔚然成风。中央人民广播电台《小喇叭》节目的编辑约音乐家潘振声老师写一首适合于孩子们演唱的歌曲。潘振声老师接信后,立即反复构思推敲,将孩子们做好事的优良品质,提炼浓缩为一个简单而又直观的艺术形象——《一分钱》。1965年3月,经北京市西城区石驸马大街幼儿园小朋友录音,在中央人民广播电台《小喇叭》节目播出以后,
