目的 :考察氧氟沙星滴眼液多剂量包装中抑菌剂的应用价值。方法 :同等条件下各生产一批含抑菌剂和不含抑菌剂的氧氟沙星滴眼液。熔封、室温、密光保存五个半月后 ,将眼药瓶开口放置一周 ,对开口前后进行无菌检查对照。结果 :不含抑菌剂与含抑菌剂的氧氟沙星滴眼液无菌检查结果相同。结论 :氧氟沙星滴眼液多剂量包装中可不加抑菌剂。 Objective: To investigate the application value of bacteriostat in ofloxacin eye drops multi-dose packaging. Methods: A batch of ofloxacin eye drops containing bacteriostatic and non-bacteriostatic agents were produced under the same conditions. Fusing, room temperature, light and light storage for five and a half months, the ophthalmic bottle opening for a week before and after the opening of sterile check control. Results: No antibacterial agents and bacteriostatic containing ofloxacin eye drops the same sterile test results. CONCLUSION: Ofloxacin eye drops may not contain bacteriostat in multi-dose package.
