本文是由我国地质工程领域的4个学会共同举办的第三届全国岩土与工程大会学术总结报告。会议显示了我国岩土与工程领域研究工作的4个特点:(1)基础研究加强。出现一系列特殊土测试研究成果,汶川地震后岩土体动力学成为新的热点,岩土体基本性质和行为研究引起更多关注;(2)工程诱发的地质灾害受到重视;(3)岩土与工程新技术迅速发展;(4)岩土与工程教育、培训、技术标准建设受到广泛重视。同时指出,动力学、多场耦合、高地应力、工程与地质环境相互作用下的岩土体基本性质与行为,以及专门的岩土与工程问题的研究将进一步受到重视;岩土与工程测试、监测和加固技术将获得进一步发展。
This article is the academic summary report of the Third National Geotechnical and Civil Engineering Conference jointly held by 4 institutes in the field of geotechnical engineering in China. The meeting showed four characteristics of the research work in geotechnical and engineering fields in China: (1) Basic research was strengthened. A series of special soil test research results have emerged. The geotechnical dynamics of the Wenchuan earthquake has become a new hot spot. More attention has been paid to the study of the basic properties and behaviors of rock and soil bodies. (2) Engineering-induced geological disasters have received great attention. (3) The rapid development of new technologies in soil and engineering; (4) The construction of geotechnical and engineering education, training and technical standards has received extensive attention. At the same time, it is pointed out that the study on basic properties and behaviors of rock and soil under the interaction between engineering and geologic environment, as well as special geotechnical and engineering problems will be given more attention by dynamics, multi-field coupling, high ground stress, geotechnical and engineering testing, Monitoring and reinforcement technology will be further developed.
