厦门港新建和在建2km驳岸,在软土地基上的主体岸壁采用重力式带卸荷板的空心方块结构。设计中不设抛石基床,加长前趾,空心方块中不抛填料,岸壁后无卸荷棱体,预留沉降量。施工时严格按照设计要求,分期分层回填,控制回填速率,加强现场沉降观测,以及采取浮箱辅助方块浮运和安装的新工艺,成功地在软土地基上建造了重力式驳岸。
Xiamen Port newly built and under construction 2km revetment, the main wall on the soft ground using the gravity with the unloading board hollow block structure. The design does not set the riprap bed, lengthen the front toe, do not throw stuffing in the hollow block, no unloading prism after the bank, reserve the settlement. During construction, the gravity-type revetments were successfully constructed on the soft soil foundation in strict accordance with the design requirements, stratified backfilling in stages, controlling the backfill rate, strengthening on-site settlement observation, and adopting the new process of floatation and auxiliary block floating and installation.
