研究了 Al- 5 .6 3Mg- 0 .13Sc(wt% )合金经过 2 5 0℃和 30 0℃退火后室温的拉伸性能和显微组织特征 ;分析了 Sc对 合金组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明 :退火后拉伸强度先迅降低 ,但随着退火时间延长 ,拉伸性能稳定保持不变。透射电镜观察表明 ,在 Al- Mg- Sc合金中 ,Sc以细小的 Al3Sc粒子的形式在晶内及亚结构上析出 ,它强烈地钉扎或阻碍位错的运动 ,稳定亚结构。 Al- Mg合金添加 Sc能使该合金在应变硬化和稳定化处理后具有良好的机械性能
The tensile properties and microstructure characteristics of Al-5 .6 3Mg-0. 13Sc (wt%) alloy at room temperature after being annealed at 250 ℃ and 300 ℃ were investigated. The effects of Sc on the microstructure and tensile properties influences. The results show that the tensile strength decreases rapidly after annealing, but as the annealing time prolongs, the tensile properties remain unchanged. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that in the Al-Mg-Sc alloy, Sc precipitates in the crystal and substructures in the form of fine Al3Sc particles, which strongly pin or impede the movement of dislocations and stabilize the substructure. The addition of Sc to the Al-Mg alloy allows the alloy to have good mechanical properties after strain hardening and stabilization
