X线图像中的噪声会淹没微小病灶信息、干扰诊断信息的传递、影响诊断质量。有关X线图像中噪声处理的研究一直是医学影像界研究的重点 ,但是由于X线图像中噪声存在的复杂性和多样性 ,国内外的研究大都是局限于X线图像中噪声分布的某一个侧面 ,而缺乏描述X线图像中噪声分布特点的完整系统的理论和方法。本文回顾了X线图像中噪声分布研究的现状 ;分析并建立了X线图像中噪声分布的模型 ;在所建模型的基础上 ,对X线图像中噪声分布的特点和表现进行了具体的阐述。 The noise in the X-ray images will submerge the information of the tiny lesions, the transmission of interference diagnostic information, and affect the diagnostic quality. Researches on noise processing in X-ray images have always been the focus of research in the medical imaging field. However, due to the complexity and diversity of noise in X-ray images, research at home and abroad are mostly limited to one of the noise distributions in X-ray images. On the side, there is a lack of theory and methods for describing the complete system of noise distribution in X-ray images. This paper reviews the current status of noise distribution in X-ray images; analyzes and builds a model of noise distribution in X-ray images; based on the model established, it elaborates on the characteristics and performance of noise distribution in X-ray images. .
