采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱及热分析对溶解乙炔气瓶多孔填料在蒸压条件下生成的硅酸钙水合晶体进行了有关结构特征的研究,并结合实验结果讨论了硅酸钙水含晶体的形成机理.结果表明:在蒸压条件下,无定形SiO_2及结晶态SiO_2与Ca(OH)_2反应的主要产物分别为硬硅钙石及托勃莫莱石,反应分别经历了水化结晶机理及晶内扩散机理,当无定形SiO_2和结晶态SiO_2共存时,前者与Ca(OH)_2反应的速率较高,且产物也以硬硅钙石为主.
