中药在我国具有悠久的临床使用历史和广泛的民间基础,医生和患者越来越多的求助于安全,作用缓和,具有适应多样性疾病的中药,为中药的发展带来了机遇。但是,近年来中药产生的不良反应文献报道逐年增多,且成为当前国际范围内日益关注的问题。从中药不良反应的发生、原因及对策等方面阐述中药不良反应研究现状,为临床用药提供参考,以便合理使用中药,尽量避免或减少不良反应的发生。
Chinese medicine in our country has a long history of clinical use and a wide range of folk foundations. Doctors and patients are increasingly resorting to safety and mitigation and have the potential to adapt to diverse diseases. However, the reports of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine have been increasing year by year, and have become an increasingly concerned issue in the international community. From the aspects of the occurrence, causes and countermeasures of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine, the research status of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine was expounded, which provided reference for clinical medication, in order to make rational use of traditional Chinese medicine and avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
