本文采用SD大鼠作为试验对象,以棉球植入SD大鼠建立炎症模型,研究植物组方提取物M对SD大鼠及棉球植入所致肉芽肿炎症模型SD大鼠的体重、摄食量和饮水量的影响,采用酶联免疫试剂盒(ELISA)研究其对棉球植入所致肉芽肿炎症模型SD大鼠的炎症介质分泌量以及前列腺素E2、白三烯的合成途径的影响。结果发现:植物组方提取物M对正常SD大鼠的体重、摄食量和饮水量无显著影响,对建立炎症模型后的大鼠摄食量有一定影响;植物组方提取物M能够显著缓解炎症反应中过量分泌C反应蛋白、一氧化氮、花生四烯酸5脂氧合酶和白三烯C_4,对白介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、前列腺素E2和环加氧酶2的分泌无显著抑制作用,说明植物组方提取物M能够通过抑制花生四烯酸5脂氧合酶合成白三烯C_4发挥抗炎作用,具有一定的抗炎应用价值。
In this paper, SD rats were used as experimental subjects, cotton rats were implanted into SD rats to establish inflammatory model to study the effects of plant extract M on SD rats and cotton balls granulomatous inflammation model induced by SD rats weight, feeding Amount and amount of drinking water, the effect of inflammatory mediators on the secretion of prostaglandin E2 and leukotriene in SD rats induced by granulation inflammation was investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) . The results showed that: Plant extract M had no effect on the body weight, food intake and water intake of normal SD rats, but had some effect on food intake of rats after establishment of inflammatory model; Plant extract M could significantly reduce inflammation Response to excessive secretion of C-reactive protein, nitric oxide, arachidonic acid 5 lipoxygenase and leukotriene C_4, the secretion of interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α, prostaglandin E2 and cyclooxygenase 2 No significant inhibitory effect, indicating that plant extract M can inhibit the arachidonic acid 5 lipoxygenase leukotriene C_4 play an anti-inflammatory effect, has a certain anti-inflammatory application value.
