First of all, it points out the various problems that arise in the current development of nuclear power inspection tools, and carries out in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems. Then, aiming at the actual situation of inspection and maintenance tool development project, a new inspection and maintenance tool development project process management method is proposed and the organization and process of the method are introduced in detail. Finally, the key points of this method in practice are summarized.
