我国的高等职业教育是我国高等教育中一个重要分支,高职新生作为一个特殊的大学生群体,从高中进入高职院校,人际环境、学习环境、生活环境与中学发生了明显地改变。本文以调查问卷的方式得出新生适应的问题,分析新生适应的现状,为缩短高职新生适应期及增强高职院校新生适应性教育的针对性和实效性提供有力的依据和支持。 China’s higher vocational education is an important branch of higher education in our country. As a special group of college students, freshmen enter the higher vocational colleges from high school. The interpersonal environment, the learning environment, the living environment and the middle school have obviously changed. In this paper, the questionnaire is used to find out how to adapt to new students. The status quo of new students’ adaptation is analyzed, which provides a strong basis and support for shortening the adaptability of freshmen and enhancing the adaptability of freshmen in vocational colleges.
