随着公路建设的发展,破损路面的翻修工作量日益增加,而破损地点通常是分散的,而且工作量一般不大,这就对小型路面开凿机的研制提出了迫切的要求。介绍一拖(洛阳)建工机械有限公司开发路面开凿机的总体设计思路和产品的主要技术性能参数,对行走系统传动线路、工作装置液压系统原理作了说明,并具体介绍对原底盘的主要改进工作,最后说明在现有拖拉机底盘上“嫁接”工作装置,组成一台机器时,不论是性能参数之间的协调,还是整机结构的协调,都必须是浑然一体的。
With the development of highway construction, the repairing work of damaged pavement is increasing day by day. However, the damage location is usually scattered, and the workload is generally small, which raises urgent requirements for the development of small pavement excavators. This paper introduces the general design idea and the main technical performance parameters of YTO (Luoyang) Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. to develop pavement excavators, and explains the principle of the hydraulic system of transmission lines and working equipment in the traveling system. Improvements were made, and finally, the integration of the “grafting” working devices on the existing tractor chassis to form a machine must be seamless, both in terms of coordination of performance parameters and in the overall structure of the machine.
