随着我国经济的飞速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,基于此种背景下,经济问题的出现概率逐渐提升,要求用严格的法律法规来约束,如何充分发挥经济法的作用,是相关研究人员必须思考与解决的问题。因此,文章重点从市场经济主体对象调整的逻辑起点、市场经济结构框架构建的基本范式和市场“二元”组合体系设立的依据三个方面探讨经济法基础理论。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the market competition is more and more fierce. Based on this background, the emergence probability of economic problems is gradually increasing. It requires strict laws and regulations to restrict and how to give full play to the role of economic law. Must think and solve the problem. Therefore, the article focuses on the basic theory of economic law from three aspects: the logical starting point for the adjustment of the main body of the market economy, the basic paradigm for the construction of the framework of the market economy structure, and the basis for the establishment of the market “duality” combination system.
