目的:探讨了阴道不规则的出血原因,临床表现以及治疗效果,为其临床治疗提供参考性方案。方法:从2012年8月-2013年2月前来我院就诊的阴道不规则出血患者中挑选64例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各34例患者,以比较分析的方法对两组患者分别采取不同的治疗措施,最后比较分析了两组的治疗效果。结果:对照组的治疗效果明显不及研究组的治疗效果,二者的有效率对比差P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:阴道不规则出血的诱发因素因是纷繁复杂的,对于其具体的病情应进行全面而详细地诊断,从而采取行之有效的针对性治疗措施。值得关注的一点是,妇康宝能有效地治疗阴道不规则出血,其副作用也较小,可以进行推广适用。
Objective: To explore the causes of vaginal irregular bleeding, clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects, provide a reference for the clinical treatment of programs. Methods: From August 2012 to February 2013, 64 cases of vaginal irregular bleeding from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 34 cases in each group. Conclusion: The causes of vaginal irregular bleeding are numerous and complicated, and the specific conditions should be diagnosed comprehensively and in detail so that effective targeted treatment can be taken. It is noteworthy that, Fu Kang Po can effectively treat irregular vaginal bleeding, its side effects are small, can be promoted and applied.
