目的了解番禺区女性性工作者艾滋病防治知识、态度及影响因素。方法采用面对面问卷调查的方式,对广州市番禺区娱乐场所的400名女性性工作者进行艾滋病调查和监测。结果女性性工作者艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率为73.92%。单因素分析显示年龄和本地工作时间与艾滋病相关知识知晓率有关(χ~2=13.694、10.151,P<0.05)。结论番禺区女性性工作者艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高,对于低年龄和流动性强的女性性工作者要加强宣传和跟踪调查,艾滋病的相关知识还要进一步强化和全面推广。 Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and influential factors of AIDS prevention among female sex workers in Panyu District. Methods A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and monitor AIDS among 400 female sex workers in entertainment venues in Panyu, Guangzhou. Results The overall awareness rate of HIV / AIDS related knowledge among female sex workers was 73.92%. Univariate analysis showed that age and local working hours were related to AIDS awareness (χ ~ 2 = 13.694,10.151, P <0.05). Conclusions There is a high awareness of HIV / AIDS related knowledge among female sex workers in Panyu District. For female sex workers with lower age and mobility, we should step up publicity and follow-up investigations, and AIDS-related knowledge should be further strengthened and fully promoted.
