今年初,国家电网公司党组以2006年1号文发布了《关于开展“爱心活动”,实施“平安工程”的决定》,号召公司系统员工“奉献爱心,营造和谐”,树立平安理念,建立平安机制,建设平安文化,推动实现公司安全、稳定的长治久安,实现员工、企业的共同发展和社会和谐进步。目前,这一活动在公司系统深入扎实地开展起来。本期编发的这篇福建省电力有限公司抢修海底电缆保供电的纪实报道,就是一个很好的说明。
