人民话语事关中国革命、建设和改革的价值基础和正当性论证。人民话语建构的原初语境,是针对臣民话语、国民性改造话语和机械的阶级话语,具有包容性、开放性、统合性、国际性等特点。新中国成立后,人民话语既呈现出总体上的发展,但也出现过偏离。坚持和推动人民话语的创新发展,应当从人民话语建构的原初语境汲取智慧资源,认真总结人民话语发展演进的历史经验,合理判断中国的现实和未来发展。
The people’s speech is related to the value basis and justification of China’s revolution, construction and reform. The primitive context of the construction of the people’s speech is characterized by its inclusiveness, openness, unity and internationality in accordance with the discourse of subjects, nationalistic discourse and machinery. After the founding of new China, the people’s speech showed both overall development, but there have also been deviations. To uphold and promote the innovation and development of people’s speech, we should draw on the wisdom resources from the original context of the construction of people’s speech, conscientiously sum up the historical experience of the development and evolution of people’s speech and reasonably judge China’s reality and future development.
