针对采用一模两腔结构的旋钮件,利用Moldflow软件,分析了2种不同浇注系统下,熔融塑料在流动过程中的填充时间、流动前沿温度、气穴分布、熔接痕数量和位置的变化。通过将熔融塑料的注射位置由侧壁注入改为从顶端注入,有效地降低了流动液体前沿的温度差,同时气穴和熔接痕的数量和分布也得以改善,从而得到成型质量较高的塑件,为模具设计提供了依据。
Aiming at the knob with a mold and two cavity structure, the moldflow software was used to analyze the filling time, flow front temperature, cavitation distribution, the number and position of weld lines in two different casting systems.
