目的评定水中镭放射性测量实验中的不确定度。方法建立不确定度评定的数学模型,分析主要不确定度来源详细阐述了其不确定度评定过程的确定通过相关公式计算实验中重要步骤的的不确定度。结果了解到该分析实验中由测量仪器带来的不确定度为10.4%,仪器探测效率带来的不确定度为6.56%。结论水中镭-226放射性主要受到测量仪器的不确定度及仪器探测效率等两个方面的不确定度因素影响。
Objective To assess the uncertainty in radium radioactivity measurement experiments in water. Methods The mathematic model of uncertainty assessment was established. The sources of major uncertainties were analyzed. The uncertainty of the assessment process was determined in detail. The uncertainty of the important steps in the experiment was calculated by the correlation formula. The result shows that the uncertainty brought by the measuring instrument in the analysis experiment is 10.4% and the uncertainty caused by the detecting efficiency of the instrument is 6.56%. Conclusion The radioactivity of radium-226 in water is mainly affected by the uncertainty of measuring instruments and the detection efficiency of instruments.
