DLK1/GTL2是一对重要的连锁印记基因,位于14q32。GTL2基因是一个母源性印记基因,其转录产物为非编码RNA。DLK1基因属父源性印迹基因。编码蛋白质DLK1,其表达程度的变化与某些肿瘤有关。作者从DLK1/GTL2甲基化状态的变化和DLK1蛋白的表达两个方面与肿瘤的关系做一综述。
DLK1 / GTL2 is a pair of important linkage marker genes located at 14q32. The GTL2 gene is a maternally imprinted gene whose transcript is a non-coding RNA. The DLK1 gene is a parental imprinting gene. The protein DLK1, whose expression changes with some tumors. The authors reviewed the relationship between the changes of DLK1 / GTL2 methylation status and the expression of DLK1 protein in tumor.
