在对锰铁冶炼和电焊作业工人锰的累积暴露剂量评价的基础上,探讨了锰对工人的早期效应。结果发现,锰对工人神经系统功能的影响主要表现为手稳定度、反应速度、记忆力和注意力的下降,并且有随暴露剂量增加而行为功能改变严重的趋势。提示锰的累积暴露水平达1mg/m+3.年时,可能对工人神经系统产生早期亚临床改变。
Based on the evaluation of the cumulative exposure dose of manganese to ferromanganese smelting and welding workers, the early effects of manganese on workers were explored. The results showed that the effects of manganese on the workers’ nervous system function were mainly the decline of hand stability, reaction speed, memory and attentiveness, and there was a tendency that behavioral changes changed seriously with the increase of exposure dose. Suggesting a cumulative level of manganese exposure of 1 mg / m + 3. Year, may have an early subclinical change in the worker’s nervous system.
