《钳工工艺及技能训练》是我校机电专业开设的一门重要专业技能课,钳工实习是培养学生实践能力的重要工种之一,它的内容包括了平面划线、锉削、锯削、钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、攻丝、套丝、刮削及复合作业,另外还包括常用设备的维护和保养等。本人在以前的钳工实习教学中发现如果按照书本上项目来进行实操,学生感觉到枯燥乏味,机械单调,学生处于被动的接受状态,没有主动获取知识的积极性。因此,根据多年来的教学经验,针对目前这种状况,逐步做了如下几点探索与实践。

Therefore, based on years of teaching experience, in view of the current situation, we have gradually made the following exploration and practice.
