目的对健康体检者血脂中总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血糖水平分布情况进行分析。方法把本院在2014年8月-2015年8月接收的1235例教育系统在职人员进行健康体检者按年龄分为6组,并且对总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和血糖检测结果进行统计分析。结果经过检测后,其结果为不同年龄组间的血脂、血糖比较差异有统计学意义,30-49岁年龄段的血脂不正常率较高,30-59岁年龄段的血糖不正常率较高。结论高脂血症以及糖尿病的发生和人们的年龄增长、日常习惯、饮食以及工作内容有着密切的关系;高血糖以及高血脂的发病逐渐呈现年轻化的趋势。所以要倡导广大群众养成良好的饮食和生活习惯,提前预防高血脂和高血糖之类的疾病,降低此类疾病的发病率,保证人们的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the distribution of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, and blood glucose in healthy subjects. Methods A total of 1235 health-care workers in the education system received by our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were divided into 6 groups according to their ages. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein Protein and blood glucose test results for statistical analysis. The results after testing, the results for different age groups, blood lipids, blood glucose was statistically significant difference between the 30-49 age group, high blood lipids, 30-59 years old, high blood sugar abnormalities were higher . Conclusions The incidence of hyperlipidemia and diabetes is closely related to people ’s age, daily habits, diet and work content. The incidence of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia tends to be younger. Therefore, it is necessary to advocate the masses to develop good eating habits and living habits, prevent diseases such as hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in advance, reduce the incidence of such diseases and ensure people’s quality of life.
