水资源是其它任何物质不能替代的一种经济资源 ,因此应尽可能的做到一水多用 ,使水利工程与社会经济各方面的建设、区域环境的保护密切结合协调发展。本文通过对汉中市水利工程的实地调查 ,对水利工程建设中的相关问题做了初步探讨。
Water resources is an economic resource that can not be replaced by any other substance. Therefore, water should be used as much as possible so that the construction of water conservancy projects and all aspects of social economy and the protection of the regional environment are closely integrated and coordinated development. Based on the field investigation of water conservancy project in Hanzhong City, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the related problems in the construction of water conservancy projects.
