混凝土砌块路面(CBP)的顶层是离散和不连续的。在世界各地进行的试验表明,CBP对交通的反应方式在某种程度上与传统意义上的柔性或刚性路面的反应不同。混凝土砌块层间荷载扩散性主要取决于其各个组成部分之间的相互作用。利用ANSYS三维有限元模型可以为路面结构提供一个更加真实的承载行为的描述。利用有限元模型,不同的外部因素或者结构参数的影响可以系统地作为实际的工程应用的评价。通过三维有限元分析,确定砌块形状、尺寸、厚度及铺设方式等参数对砌块层的荷载扩散能力及弯沉的影响。
The top layer of concrete block pavement (CBP) is discrete and discontinuous. Experiments conducted around the world show that CBP’s response to traffic is somewhat different from that of the traditional flexible or rigid pavement. Interlayer load diffusion of concrete blocks mainly depends on the interaction between its various components. Using ANSYS 3D finite element model can provide a more realistic description of the bearing behavior of the pavement structure. Using the finite element model, the influence of different external factors or structural parameters can be systematically evaluated as practical engineering applications. Through three-dimensional finite element analysis, determine the block shape, size, thickness and laying methods and other parameters on the load-bearing capacity of the layer diffusion and deflection.
