应变硬化指数n是评定薄板深冲性能的重要材料参数之一,为配合目前正在进行的n值试验方法纳入国家标准的工作,本文对国内外有关n值的计算方法进行了分析对比。低碳钢冷轧薄板的计算结果表明,用美国ASTM E646—78、东德TGL27439和两点法算得的n值基本一致,由于两点法试验方便,计算简单,在工厂试验室的日常检验中,仍是一种值得应用的好方法。本文还对美国标准中n值的标准偏差公式及n值计算程序进行了简化。简化后,计算简单,可提高计算效率和精度。
The strain hardening index n is one of the important material parameters for evaluating deep drawability of thin slab. In order to incorporate the current n-value test method into the national standard work, this paper analyzes and compares the calculation methods of n-value at home and abroad. The calculation results of the cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheet show that the value of n calculated by ASTM E646-78, East Germany TGL27439 and the two-point method are basically the same. Because the two-point method is convenient and the calculation is simple, in the routine test of the factory laboratory , Is still a good method worth applying. This paper also simplifies the standard deviation formula of n value and n value calculation program in the American standard. After simplification, the calculation is simple, which can improve computational efficiency and accuracy.
