T helper 17 (Th17) secreted Interleukin 17A (IL-17A) as the main feature. Interleukin 6 (IL-6) is an essential growth factor for Th17. IL-6 and IL-17A synergistically activate the NF-κB / STAT3 signaling pathway in type I collagen-containing non-immune cells, which in turn produce multiple chemokines. Researchers will be referred to as the regulation of this phenomenon “interleukin 6 amplification effect.” Newly published research provides evidence that interleukin-6 amplification in implants is involved in allograft immune rejection
