在发泡注塑实验中采集了电机功率和加热功率数据,分析了该过程的电机能耗、加热能耗。分析表明:机筒温度、注气压力和注射速度对电机能耗、加热能耗和总能耗影响较大;电机功率的变化及能耗的分布与注塑周期的各个阶段较有明显的对应关系。计算了电机能耗、加热能耗的比例及注塑周期的各个阶段电机能耗的分布。
In the experiment of foaming injection, the data of motor power and heating power were collected, and the motor energy consumption and heating energy consumption of the process were analyzed. The analysis shows that: barrel temperature, gas injection pressure and injection speed have a great influence on motor energy consumption, heating energy consumption and total energy consumption. The changes of motor power and energy consumption have obvious corresponding relations with each phase of injection molding cycle . Calculated the motor energy consumption, the proportion of heating energy consumption and the distribution of motor energy consumption in each phase of the injection molding cycle.
