工业企业“三废”的综合处理,乃是合理利用自然资源的重要课题之一。苏联巴甫洛达尔州工业部门解决这一课题,显得更加迫切,该州在埃基巴斯图兹市成立了苏联最大的地方工业综合利用联合公司。
The comprehensive treatment of “three wastes” in industrial enterprises is one of the important issues for the rational use of natural resources. The industrial sector in the Pavlodar State of the Soviet Union has solved this problem even more urgently. The state has established the Soviet Union’s largest local integrated industrial utilization company in Ekibaszuz.
