盾构的顺应性是指盾构掘进机械系统对地质环境变化引起载荷突变的适应能力.由于顺应任务的不同,现有机器人的顺应性方法难以直接应用到盾构机械系统的顺应性评价与设计当中.根据盾构掘进机械系统刚度与掌子面接触刚度的等效计算,本文提出了以机械系统刚度曲线与掌子面等效刚度曲线的匹配程度为度量的盾构机械系统顺应性评价指标,阐述了指标的定义和计算方法,并通过实际案例说明了指标的有效性.本文所提出的新指标可用于评价盾构机械系统对地质变化引起载荷波动的顺应能力,同时可以为盾构推进系统的设计提供指导.
