小型快速调节式气动组合机床,是我国近几年发展起来的一种比较新型的组合机床。它是以压缩空气作为动力源,用气动逻辑元件组成的控制系统来操纵和协调各部件之间动作的一种高效率的金属切削设备,并可实现半自动和全自动的操作过程。图1所示为ZHZ_3—9小型快速调节式气动组合机床。该机床用于钻某个零件上的20个密集群孔,比原用遍通台钻钻孔的效率提高6倍左右,在生产中取得了良好的经济效果。图2是钻孔后的空速表机构架外形照片。
Small fast-regulated pneumatic combination machine, is developed in recent years in China a relatively new combination of machine tools.
