海水盐度不同,其结冰点就不同,将鲈鱼越冬池水盐度调至10‰左右,使越冬池水结冰点升高,冬季池水易结冰,由于结冰后冰层的覆盖隔离了水气交换,同时池塘吸收光照热量,这样池水底层水温就比正常海水池塘提高温度2~3℃。由此我们对鲈鱼池塘大面积越冬技术进行了试验,取得了成功,经专家鉴定,本成果达国内领先水平。
