为能客观反映无缝道岔实际受力情况,通过坐标定位的方法建立无缝道岔的精确有限元模型,并在此基础上建立组合无缝道岔的有限元整体分析模型;应用有限元软件ANSYS的APDL参数化建模技术,对车站中存在的不同夹直线长度无缝渡线道岔进行分析,并通过与单开道岔的对比,得出无缝渡线道岔的受力和变形规律。
In order to objectively reflect the actual stress situation of the seamless turnout, the accurate finite element model of the seamless turnout is established by means of coordinate positioning and the finite element overall analysis model of the seamless turnout is established. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS APDL parametric modeling technique to analyze the seamless transitional turnout with different length of straight line in the station. Through the comparison with the single turnout, the stress and deformation law of the seamless transitional turnout is obtained.
