本文提出了一种新型单平面微波集成电路和一种平衡微波集成电路倍频器,并讨论了它们的特性。该电路采用基片单面上共面波导、开槽线及连接线的组合。设计出一种用于13和26GHz频段并制作在氧化铝陶瓷基片上的单平面微波集成电路倍频器。射频端口之间达到了良好的隔离性能。
In this paper, a new type of single planar microwave integrated circuit and a balanced microwave integrated circuit frequency multiplier are proposed, and their characteristics are discussed. The circuit uses a single-sided substrate coplanar waveguide, slotted lines and cable combinations. A single planar microwave integrated circuit frequency multiplier for the 13 and 26 GHz frequency bands was designed and fabricated on an alumina ceramic substrate. RF port to achieve a good isolation performance.
