选取2010年1月~2012年12月我院收治的经病理证实的中上段食道癌患者80例,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用三切口食管癌术式,对照组采用传统的左开胸切口,对两组的术中和术后生存率等情况进行比较。结果两组术中和术后并发症的情况无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组患者5年生存率明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行三切口食管癌根治术治疗中上段食道癌的手术切除率高,并可明显提高患者的术后生存率。
Select 80 cases of pathologically confirmed upper esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with triple incision esophageal cancer, the control group The left thoracotomy incision was used to compare the intraoperative and postoperative survival rates of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the postoperative complications between the two groups (P> 0.05). The 5-year survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Three lines of incision esophageal cancer radical mastectomy upper esophageal cancer surgical resection rate, and can significantly improve the patient’s postoperative survival rate.
