本文对试点高校的现代远程教育在国民教育体系之中、网络学院在试点高校与教育培训市场之间的定位及角色进行了分析,认为试点高校的现代远程教育不应拘于学历教育,而应从国家人才培养的总体战略目标出发,更多地服务于非学历的培训教育与各类学习型组织的建设,更自觉地参与我国终身学习体系与学习型社会的建构,而网络学院在这个过程中则是一个“身份特殊的中间商”。
This paper analyzes the positioning and the role of modern college distance education in the national education system and network colleges in the pilot universities and education and training market. It holds that modern distance education in pilot universities should not be limited to academic education, Starting from the overall strategic goal of national talent cultivation, we should serve more for non-academic training education and construction of various types of learning organizations and more consciously participate in the construction of lifelong learning system and learning-oriented society in our country. In this process, It is a “special identity broker.”
