非甾体抗炎药 (ｎｏｎ ｓｔｅｒｏｉｄａｌａｎｔｉ ｉｎｆｌａｍｍａｔｏｒｙｄｒｕｇｓ,ＮＳＡＩＤｓ)如阿司匹林等具有良好的解热、镇痛、抗炎、抗风湿作用。近来研究还发现其具有抗肿瘤作用如大肠癌[2 ] 。临床上ＮＳＡＩＤｓ广泛用于骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎和多种免疫功能
