1989～1990年,中国档案学会办公室共收到联合国教科文组织综合信息计划处（PGI）和世界科学情报系统（UNISIST）从巴黎寄来的文件和档案管理研究计划（英文缩写为:RAMP）研究报告和参考资料8本。这是一个长期的、多项目的研究计划,其选题注重在文件和档案管理中面临的实际问题,参加调查研究的多是各个国家的文件档案工作专家,因此该项目的研究成果既有理论价值,又有实用价值。 RAMP调研报告已经发行了100多份,这些报告是了解世界各国档案工作情况,进行中外学术交流和比较研究具有重要价值的参考资料。下面仅将1989～1990年本会办公室收到的8份报告和参考资料的主要内容向读者作简要介绍。 1.《档案保护机构的规划、装备和人员:调查报告和指南》编号PGI-89/WS/4 1989年2月发行 迈克尔·罗珀主编。 该调查报告和指南共分4个部分,并有5个附录,全文约10万字。主要内容有:档案保护技术的基本名词术语、主要原则和技术标准,档案保护机构的
From 1989 to 1990, the China Archives Office received a study of the file and file management research program (abbreviated as: RAMP) sent from Paris by PGI and UNISIST (World Scientific Information System) Reports and references 8 copies. This is a long-term, multi-project research program. Its topics focus on the actual problems in the management of documents and records. Most of the participants in the research work are experts in file archives of various countries. Therefore, the research results of this project contain both theory Value, but also practical value.
