目的探讨化学机械法去腐与传统牙科手机去腐对充填体边缘微渗漏的影响。方法选取50颗龋坏离体牙为研究对象,采用简单随机法进行分组,A组25颗,B组25颗。A组高速涡轮手机去腐,粘结,光固化复合树脂充填,B组伢典凝胶配合专用器械去腐,粘结,光固化复合树脂充填。两组样本均进行冷热循环实验,亚甲蓝染色,在体式显微镜下,对充填体与牙体间微渗漏染色带进行观察评价,评估两组样本的边缘微渗漏发生率,并进行统计学分析比较。结果机械去腐的充填体微渗漏发生率与伢典凝胶化学机械去腐的充填体微渗漏发生率分别为84.0%和76.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化学机械去腐对充填体的微渗漏影响与传统方法无明显差异,可以作为传统方法的补充或替代疗法。
Objective To investigate the effect of chemical mechanical decapping and traditional dental handpiece decouping on the marginal microleakage of filling body. Methods Fifty carious dental caries were selected as the research objects. Groups A and B were randomly divided into two groups, 25 in group A and 25 in group B. A group of high-speed turbine mobile phone to decadent, bonding, light curing composite resin filling, B group Codex gel with special equipment to decadent, bonding, light curing composite resin filling. Both sets of samples were subjected to hot and cold cycle test and methylene blue staining. The microleakage bands between the filling body and the interdental body were observed and evaluated under a stereomicroscope, and the marginal microleakage rates of the two groups of samples were evaluated and carried out Statistical analysis and comparison. Results The incidences of microleakage of mechanical descaling and those of peridium gel with mechanical descaling were 84.0% and 76.0%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The effect of chemical mechanical decalcification on the microleakage of the filling body has no obvious difference with the traditional method, which can be used as the supplement or alternative therapy of the traditional method.
